What's for lunch tomorrow?


It's 1.30AM and I've just marinated chopped chicken breasts (unfortunately,no happy childhood for this fella) in curry masala, yoghurt, lemon juice, sliced dried apricots, mascavo sugar, whole chillies and cold pressed sesame oil.
It will be oven baked slowly for a couple of hours on a low temperature with sweet potatoes and served with steamed rice.
